Since 2005 Kellenberger Engineering, Inc. lead by Jim Kellenberger, a NC licensed professional engineer, has been providing solutions, ideas and training to the Transportation Infrastructure Industry with a specific focus on Work Zone Traffic Control Plans, Traffic Management Plans, Temporary Traffic Control Plans and Safety and Pavement Marking Plans, design and delivery. 

Jim Kellenberger brings more than 40 years experience and expertise with the North Carolina Department of Transportation and Kellenberger Engineering. Kellenberger Engineering has developed, and delivers statewide, NCDOT approved training courses for Qualified Work Zone Traffic Control Supervisors, Flaggers, and Flagger Instructors. 

Kellenberger Engineering is an approved training source for Professional Development Hours for Engineers and Surveyors through the NC Board of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors. Kellenberger Engineering provides the delivery of motivational and technical safety presentations; serves as an expert witness in the arena of Work Zone Traffic Control and Pavement Markings and provides technical consultation for work zone and pavement marking products.
